Laura started drinking at the early age of 15 and knew very early on that she was an alcoholic. She struggled on and off trying to control her drinking, but her disease only got worse. After multiple attempts at rehab, she was finally able to get sober at 29. Ten years later, she opened Birdsong Sober Living to help other women heal, spread their wings, and build the life of their dreams.
